The beauty of an intimate celebration is the world is pretty much your oyster. Say I do at a cozy rental home with magical mountain views, at the intimate wedding venue of your dreams, on the shore of an alpine lake, or simply right in your backyard with dinner under the stars. It’s about following what feels good deep in your bones, not what tradition says it should look like.
When we work together, you get to breathe, slow down, and actually be in it. I’ll blend into the rhythm of your day, documenting the emotions, quiet pauses, and every fleeting second that makes it yours. Before I even pick up my camera, I’ve got a kick-ass questionnaire that I send out after you book, and I spend a lot of time really digging into who you are. Because when we’re out there, and I see that initial nervousness fade, replaced by comfort and genuine connection, that’s what makes my heart beat fastest. That’s when I know we’re creating memories worth remembering.

I never try to force anything to look different than how it naturally is – because what’s real is already beautiful. Not only do I want you to be honest with who you are, but I want that honest version of you reflected in every photograph. For me, a large part of this is inclusivity and wanting every couple – regardless of how their love story looks – to feel at home here. Micro or intimate weddings are my specialty, as so many of my couples want a super heartfelt and intimate wedding vibe over a “wait how many eyes are going to be on me??” production.
Having an intimate wedding day feels a bit like eloping while still allowing you to be surrounded by all your closest family and friends. Micro weddings are usually 50 guests or less and typically offer more unique venue options than larger weddings. Think: more freedom, less constraints (but with all the traditions you love, too)!

My goal is to capture the genuine emotions of each moment and deliver a gallery with true-to-color editing, enhanced with a hint of filmy goodness to evoke a sense of nostalgia. Many of my clients have described my work as natural, yet elevated and timeless. You can see my past work and field notes on the blog!
The short answer is no. The long answer – I don’t photoshop unless I reaaaaally need to, but that’s usually to remove something from the photo like people walking around (that don’t belong to you lol). I don’t believe in picture perfect, but in what’s deeply, genuinely real.
While I’m based in Fort Collins, CO, I am down to travel wherever your love feels most at home. Within Colorado, I charge minimal travel fees beyond 100 miles of Fort Collins for a one night stay and car travel. If your wedding is within a 100 mile radius of me, there are no travel fees! You will receive all photos through an online gallery that you're welcome to share with friends and family! The gallery link will be sent to your email.
I usually deliver around 75-90 images per hour of shooting. However each wedding day is unique so I don't put a minimum or maximum on your photos. I’m there to honor your memories, and I promise to not to leave any special ones out.
I put a lot of care into each image in your gallery, and it's a top priority that you have your photos as soon as possible. Turnaround time for sessions is 3 weeks. Turnaround time for micro weddings and elopements is 6 - 8 weeks with a preview within 3 days.
